Job Description

The Floor Leader supports the Store Management Team by driving sales, opening/closing the store, analyzing sales results, and leading training sessions. They lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve goals, create a positive work environment, and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and provide coaching to the sales team
  • Deliver world-class customer experience
  • Educate customers on brand values
  • Increase product knowledge and make recommendations
  • Train and coach Sales Ambassadors
  • Encourage open communication and promote teamwork
  • Manage cash handling and store opening/closing
  • Monitor employee breaks and review daily communications
  • Maintain a clean and organized store
  • Train team on inventory best practices
  • Ensure staff compliance with company standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and supervisory experience
  • Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
  • Flexible schedule
  • Experience with consultation-based customer service models
  • Experience analyzing sales metrics
  • Experience working in skincare or cosmetics
  • Experience in cross cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
  • Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages
