Job Description

The Senior Solutions Partner Manager at ConnectWise is responsible for the overall strategy, execution, and profitability of vendor partners. This role involves managing relationships, developing strategic initiatives, and executing corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor partners strategy and execution
  • Develop strategic initiatives
  • Manage relationships with vendors
  • Develop and present strategic plans
  • Onboard and launch new vendor partners
  • Lead Quarterly Business Review meetings
  • Prepare presentation content
  • Communicate how partners utilize integrations
  • Assist with financial analysis
  • Conduct trainings
  • Assist with qualifying and evaluating new technology
  • Coordinate integration plans
  • Own SKU creation
  • Assist with provisioning and management processes
  • Develop processes for charges
  • Keep stakeholders informed of sales progress
  • Collaborate to achieve team goals
  • Support sales strategy
  • Forecast for initiatives and revenue
  • Conduct effective meetings

Requirements

  • Ability to manage projects independently

  • Knowledge of IT Service Providers or VARs

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Preferred: 2+ years of inside sales or product management experience
