The Principal Product Manager will lead the customer experience for enterprise customers, focusing on integrations. They will ensure customers realize the full value of the Fusus platform through well-designed integration solutions.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product experience for enterprise customers
Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for enterprise integrations
Engage directly with customers and field teams to understand deployment contexts
Manage the full lifecycle of integrations
Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
Create scalable onboarding and support mechanisms
Proactively identify gaps in the customer experience
Requirements
10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
Proven ownership of end-to-end customer-facing experiences, especially involving integrations
Experience building and scaling integrations with third-party physical security systems
Strong technical literacy with real-time data, IoT, or video streaming technologies
Outstanding collaboration and communication skills
