As a Bid Strategist at Axon, you will develop targeted proposals to address customer needs and win complex bids. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide strategic insight and guidance to shape competitive proposals.
Responsibilities
Lead bid strategy creation for complex opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate win themes and differentiators
Provide strategic oversight to ensure proposal content communicates Axon’s strengths
Work with proposal managers and subject matter experts
Conduct market and competitor analyses
Recommend and implement strategic enhancements
Mentor and coach proposal managers
Requirements
7-10 years in bid strategy, proposal management, or strategic planning
Deep analytical ability to interpret market trends
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced proficiency in bid management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related) strongly preferred
