The Harvest Lead is responsible for managing individuals through all harvest and post-harvest related activities for various processing procedures including fresh and dry processing.
Responsibilities
Adhering to hygienic and sanitation policies
Harvesting plants and processing for manufacturing
De-leafing, chopping plants, bud removal, and breaking down batches
Performing Quality Assurance checks
Directing the team in the Bud Removal room and entering data
Ensuring a clean and safe cultivation facility
Maintaining cleanliness of harvest equipment
Requirements
Two years’ experience in a production facility
Experience training and leading staff
Effective time-management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to sit and trim for extended periods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work around plant material
Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions
