Responsibilities
Reply to calls and emails from the public on housing and FHA mortgages
Use a knowledge base and follow standard operating procedures to answer customer requests
Document communications in the database
Requirements
Bilingual and fully fluent in English and Spanish
High School diploma or GED
Minimum of two years of customer service experience
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
