Job Description

CGS is seeking an FHA Mortgage Origination Representative to provide customer support for a Federal agency, answering inquiries on FHA guidelines and procedures, utilizing knowledge of the mortgage industry, and following standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, answering calls and emails on FHA guidelines and procedures
• Use mortgage industry knowledge to locate answers in a knowledge database
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Document all contacts in a database
• Keep up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures

Requirements

• Capability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
• Excellent time management skills and dependability
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High School diploma or GED
• At least two years working with FHA loans or three years of loan origination with conventional or government-backed loans
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
