CGS is seeking an FHA Mortgage Origination Representative to join their team supporting a customer support initiative for a large Federal agency. The role involves providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries on FHA guidelines, using knowledge of the mortgage industry, following standard procedures, and documenting contacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Answer calls and emails on FHA guidelines
• Use mortgage industry knowledge
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Document all contacts in a database
• Keep up to date on FHA mortgage processes

Requirements

• Capability to navigate computer systems
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High School diploma or GED
• At least two years working with FHA loans or three years of loan origination
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
