CGS is seeking an FHA Mortgage Servicing Representative to join their team supporting a customer support initiative for a large Federal agency. The role involves providing excellent customer service, utilizing knowledge of mortgage servicing, following standard operating procedures, and documenting contacts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Use knowledge of mortgage servicing to locate answers
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Document all contacts
• Keep up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures

Requirements

• Navigate multiple computer systems
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High School diploma or GED
• Two years mortgage servicing work history plus one year of customer service experience
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
