CGS is looking for an FHA Mortgage Servicing Representative to support a customer support initiative for a Federal agency, providing customer service on FHA guidelines and procedures.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service via calls and emails on FHA guidelines and procedures
Use knowledge of mortgage servicing to locate answers in a knowledge database
Follow standard operating procedures
Document all contacts in a database
Keep up to date on FHA mortgage processes and procedures
Requirements
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
Excellent time management skills and dependability
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High School diploma or GED
Two years mortgage servicing work history plus one year of customer service experience
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Security clearance
