Job Description

Analytic Partners is a global leader in commercial measurement and optimization, seeking a Senior Accountant to handle billings, AR inquiries, invoice collection, and maintain accounts. The role requires experience in accounting, knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office, and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct US and International billings
• Assist in preparing travel and entertainment billbacks
• Support CET and clients with AR inquiries
• Set up the Company as a vendor for new clients
• Support with revenue and accounts receivable analysis
• Lead timely invoice collection efforts
• Maintain and balance accounts
• Ensure that policies and procedures are followed
• Contribute to systems and process improvement
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Microsoft Office, ERP experience
• Excel knowledge
• Bachelor's degree in accounting (preferred)
• Basic understanding of GAAP
• Ability to work well and communicate with others
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize workload
