Analytic Partners is seeking a versatile and experienced financial analyst to join the FP&A team. The role involves supporting the team in building FP&A capabilities and developing processes to support rapid business growth. Responsibilities

• Monitor key business drivers
• Leverage ERP systems to automate and scale processes
• Deliver data-driven insights
• Develop reporting tools
• Maintain workforce planning projections
• Prepare financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics
• Identify drivers of performance and implement improvements
• Assist in monthly closing activities
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships
• Perform other duties and ad hoc reporting

Requirements

• BS in Finance or Accounting
• 2-4 years of related experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with NetSuite or similar systems is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Initiative-taking and driven professional
