Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will drive the growth of Spotter, Sofar Ocean’s industry-leading ocean sensing platform, across the US and EMEA. You'll be responsible for expanding our customer base, managing key accounts, and refining our sales strategy for hardware solutions that deliver critical ocean intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan
  • Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives
  • Identify, engage, and close deals with key clients
  • Lead the full sales cycle
  • Partner with cross-functional teams
  • Expand channel partnerships
  • Represent Sofar Ocean at industry events
  • Track and analyze sales performance

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in hardware or solution sales
  • Proven success managing a sales team
  • Experience selling into global markets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with technical sales
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel
