Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience

• Experience designing and scaling backend services

• Proficiency with backend languages and frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency in designing API-driven applications
• Experience building scalable and secure distributed systems
• Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership
• Ability to balance technical depth with fast delivery
• Ability to mentor engineers
