Job Description

The Staff Product Operations Manager will be the operational backbone of the product team, enabling scale, improving product velocity, and serving as the connective tissue between EPD and GTM teams. This role involves driving product launch readiness, operationalizing best-in-class product practices, driving key company & EPD processes, enabling strategic focus for product leaders, driving cross-functional alignment, and owning key product tools & analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate product launches with GTM teams
  • Coordinate external-facing PM engagements
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing
  • Collaborate with Support and CS
  • Drive cross-functional alignment on product innovation
  • Develop and implement frameworks, tooling, and rituals
  • Build scalable systems for collecting user feedback
  • Drive experimentation processes and support data-informed decision making
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
  • Maintain a single source of truth for the product roadmap
  • Own processes for contractual commitments, PRDs, beta programs, and product release definitions
  • Own and drive key EPD rituals
  • Act as an advisor and right hand to the Chief Product Officer
  • Manage core product tools and own all EPD procurement
  • Lead onboarding and continuous learning for product managers
  • Serve as the central coordinator across functions
  • Partner with Sales Enablement
  • Establish feedback loops
  • Collaborate to drive the right narrative and storytelling
  • Own adoption metrics and reporting
  • Drive strategic use of Amplitude
  • Synthesize and communicate product insights
  • Manage Pendo implementation and NPS tracking tools
