dbt Labs seeks a Senior Enterprise Business Systems Analyst to optimize its People Technology ecosystem. This role involves strategic vision and hands-on implementation, focusing on a modern, integrated HR tech stack, including Workday, Greenhouse, and others. The analyst will collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve employee experiences through automation and smart system design.

Responsibilities

• Support system enhancements and cross-system integrations
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of HR systems
• Apply an AI-first approach for automation and user experience
• Drive integration and data flow between platforms
• Translate business needs into system solutions
• Assist in mapping the future-state employee journey
• Implement SDLC best practices
• Monitor system performance and manage vendor escalations
• Stay current on platform updates and best practices

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in People Technology or related roles
• Experience implementing enterprise-grade HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
• Hands-on experience with tools like Greenhouse, ModernLoop, and others
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations
• Ability to improve system usability and performance
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
