Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Director will manage and nurture the enterprise customer base, identify new business opportunities, and uncover growth potential for clients. The role requires a strong understanding of complex sales cycles and the ability to anticipate future trends.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and close a sales pipeline
  • Manage and deepen the dbt Cloud footprint in existing accounts
  • Engage with technology partners and ecosystem service providers
  • Lead and contribute to team projects
  • Work with product to build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap

Requirements

  • 6+ years closing experience in technology sales
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diligence and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment
  • Passion for being an inclusive teammate
  • Experience with SQL or willingness to learn
