Job Description

The Strategic Sales Director will manage the enterprise customer base, identify new business opportunities, and optimize client growth. This role requires a proactive individual with experience in technology sales and a strong understanding of sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline
  • Manage and deepen the dbt Cloud footprint in existing accounts
  • Engage with technology partners
  • Lead and contribute to team projects
  • Work with product to build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap

Requirements

  • 4+ years closing experience in technology sales
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Diligence and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment
  • Passion for being an inclusive teammate
  • Experience with SQL or willingness to learn
