Job Description

The Customer Solutions Architect will help customers maximize the value of their dbt Cloud deployment, collaborating with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects. They will monitor accounts, lead technical discussions, and showcase dbt Cloud's capabilities through demos and workshops to drive customer satisfaction, renewal, and expansion. The role involves being the voice of the customer internally and contributing to the evolution of processes and playbooks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers and monitor account health
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and understand analytics needs
  • Educate customers on new products and features
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects
  • Be the voice of the customer in product discussions
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and process improvement
  • Create and deliver external-facing content

Requirements

  • 3+ years of post-sales experience or as a data practitioner
  • Solid technical background with modern data warehousing knowledge and SQL proficiency
  • Comfort presenting to various stakeholders
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
  • Willingness to travel
