Job Description

As a Solutions Architect, you will help prospects understand the value that dbt Cloud can bring to their organization. You’ll lead technical discussions, uncover data challenges, and demonstrate how dbt Cloud can meet their needs through live demos and technical workshops.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer use cases and identify the value dbt Cloud can bring
• Consult with potential customers to uncover data challenges and highlight how dbt Cloud can alleviate pain points
• Deliver tailored demos of dbt Cloud and provide expert guidance
• Collaborate with Account Executives, building strong relationships and offering strategic input
• Maintain relationships with technical stakeholders
• Partner with internal teams to improve how we work together
• Participate in knowledge-sharing by improving team processes and enabling others
• Create and deliver external-facing content

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a data practitioner or consultant
• Strong understanding of modern data warehousing architectures and the modern data stack
• Proficiency in SQL
• Fluent in Portuguese & English
• Experience working asynchronously as part of a partially remote, distributed team
• Comfort presenting to diverse stakeholders
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Desire to be a strong team player
• Willingness to travel
