Job Description

The Solutions Architect will join the Southeast Solutions Architecture team and help drive customer success by leading technical evaluations, delivering demos, and serving as a trusted advisor. The role involves working with strategic accounts to unlock value from dbt and scale analytics practices.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-scale data architectures using dbt Cloud
• Partner with Sales to demonstrate technical value
• Lead proof-of-concept engagements
• Work with engineering to deploy dbt Cloud in private clouds
• Manage customer lifecycle
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering
• Enable strategic partners
• Engage in the dbt Community

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting
• Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL, and data modeling
• Strong understanding of modern data stacks and cloud data warehousing
• Effective communicator
• Ability to translate technical and business requirements
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments
