Drive critical customer outcomes by delivering high-impact technical guidance to strategic accounts. Support pre-sales, accelerate adoption, enable key migrations, and mitigate churn risks.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales opportunities
• Assist in launching and onboarding new customers
• Execute proactive adoption plays
• Lead reactive adoption initiatives
• Advise on architecture, design, implementation, troubleshooting, and best practices
• Build solution MVPs and guide long-term technical strategies
• Engage on multiple projects simultaneously
• Partner with other teams
• Provide feedback to improve customer experience
• Champion customer success
• Help build out and refine this evolving function
• Track and manage capacity and engagement effectiveness

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
• Ability to build tools, packages, or frameworks
• Platform mindset
• Expertise with at least one modern cloud data platform
• Hands-on experience deploying or configuring dbt platform
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Working knowledge of Python
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Comfort leading technical project delivery
• Clear, concise communication skills
• Collaborative mindset
• Willingness to travel
