Job Description

Seeking an IT Project Manager to lead key IT initiatives. Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex technology projects that support strategic priorities and enable operational excellence. Works closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop project plans and communications
• Estimate resource needs and manage allocation
• Direct and manage project development
• Develop and deliver progress reports
• Monitor and manage changes in project scope
• Establish and maintain business relationships
• Communicate project expectations
• Manage project expectations
• Act as a single point of contact for project communications
• Organize project meetings and track progress
• Conduct project post-mortems
• Develop best practices and tools
• Identify and manage project dependencies
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Familiarity with project management software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience managing software development projects
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management tools
