Job Description

Observability Architects work closely with sales teams to understand customers’ business goals and provide technology solutions. Responsibilities include pre-sale technology design, professional service estimation, and post-sale implementation services.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with observability strategy for tools to provide end-to-end visibility into IT Operations
• Lead pre-sales engagements as the observability subject matter expert
• Design and implement blueprints for end-to-end observability architectures
• Provide consulting expertise on observability operational models and strategic roadmaps
• Oversee the successful implementation of sold observability solutions
• Communicate the value proposition of advanced observability solutions to diverse audiences
• Establish strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborate with Regional teams to develop sales playbooks
• Contribute to the development of strategic partner strategies and innovative observability services offerings
• Enhance the organization's presence and brand in the Observability communities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or minimum of 10 years of experience in observability, or a related field
• Exceptional communication skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a continuous improvement mindset
• Strong expertise in designing technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies
• Must have a firm grasp on the industry and anticipate trends and movements
• Motivated self-starter
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines
