Job Description

The Manager of Reporting & Analytics will lead data reporting and business intelligence initiatives, delivering accurate and actionable insights by developing and maintaining enterprise reporting tools, with a strong emphasis on Power BI, Agile project execution, and data governance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of analysts and developers
• Define and execute the roadmap for reporting and analytics initiatives
• Manage the full lifecycle of reporting solutions
• Champion the use of Power BI
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and governance
• Lead the team in Agile sprint planning
• Drive innovation in data sourcing, transformation, and automation
• Partner with data engineers and IT on optimizing data pipelines
• Work with cross-functional teams to define and implement enterprise metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in data reporting, business intelligence, or analytics
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing or leading technical teams
• Expertise in Power BI
• Experience with Python
• Experience working with cloud data platforms
• Familiarity with SQL, ETL tools, and data warehousing concepts
• Exposure to data governance frameworks and best practices
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to drive change and influence cross-functional teams
