Job Description

The Sr. Engagement Manager will lead FSG sales campaigns from contract signature to successful project delivery, ensuring scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and business outcomes are met. This role involves working throughout the project lifecycle, from presales to final delivery, to validate solutions meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery
• Drive Partner Resource assignment

• Create domain-specific roadmaps
• Align technology and sales efforts with business needs
• Manage project execution
• Coordinate with project teams
• Identify and manage risks
• Track and report on sales metrics
• Prepare client proposals and sales reports
• Meet or exceed sales quotas
• Advocate for domain needs
• Deliver regular progress updates
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Align cross-functional efforts
• Escalate critical issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least 5 years’ experience in developing client relationships or account management is strongly preferred
• Prior experience working for a technology or consulting company strongly preferred
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Demonstrate leadership and initiative in successfully driving specialty sales in accounts
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels
• Excellent conflict resolution and/or mediation skills
• Demonstrated ability to plan, develop, and manage multiple projects
• Ability to meet stated customer-initiated deadlines
