Job Description

Hungryroot seeks an Outbound Team Lead in Indianapolis to support the Outbound Supervisor in fulfillment operations, focusing on pick-to-light, product replenishment, quality assurance, and shipping. This role involves coordinating activities, assisting with training, and ensuring adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards
• Coordinate setup activities for customer orders
• Work in a temperature-controlled environment
• Assist in resolving inventory, quality, and/or efficiency issues
• Provide coaching and feedback
• Maintain housekeeping
• Pick, pack, replenish, or operate equipment
• Backup the outbound supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous fulfillment experience preferred
• Ability to meet established standards
• Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Repetitive manual dexterity
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to provide coaching and/or feedback
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience
