Job Description

ION Trading, Inc. is seeking FX Implementation Specialists in Boston, MA to provide strategic support to North American clients for the implementation of ION’s re-engineered FX solutions.

Responsibilities

• Providing strategic support to clients regarding the implementation of ION’s FX solutions
• Training and demonstrating new functionality for end users
• Designing, building, and testing static migration tools
• Resolving implementation issues
• Coordinating key integration points and workflows
• Providing technical expertise concerning implementation issues
• Working cross-functionally to drive product improvement
• Identifying and resolving issues using specialized knowledge
• Ensuring solutions address clients’ FX back-office and trading needs
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients during setup and onboarding
• Providing strategic support for onboarding procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in implementation of software solutions
• Experience with APIs and FX Solutions
• Experience with Trade Flow Analytics
• 10% international travel required
• Must have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
