Responsibilities
Implement projects and ensure customer satisfaction
Contribute to best practices and mentor team members
Support Project Manager with functional responsibilities
Serve as Lead Business Consultant on implementation projects
Maintain full chargeability on client accounts
Author Best Practice Documents
Identify sales opportunities
Provide industry and functional expertise
Serve as client's principal point of contact
Perform in workshop/requirements and design phase
Serve as mentor and role model
Enhance and train staff on implementation best practices
Present Product solution to audiences
Support Project Manager in obtaining client signoff
Assume hands-on project implementation duties
Provide sales/presales support
Support deliverables of Technical Consultants
Consult with ION Product Management
Assist with services best practices
Requirements
Openlink Endur product experience
5-10 years' experience in ETRM industry or similar
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or related IT field or equivalent experience
Ability to work as part of a project team
Ability to work onsite at client locations
8 to 10 years direct experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting installations
8 to 10 years Industry/systems experience
Demonstrated expertise in more than one area of Product configuration
