Join the Delivery Services team at ION Corporates to utilize your consulting skills with award-winning software solutions. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will contribute to project success by providing software and industry expertise, working with clients in the energy and commodities sectors.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry and functional advice and troubleshooting
• Present the Product solution to client users
• Support the deliverables of the Technical Consultants
• Consult with client users to determine business requirements
• Demonstrate deep knowledge in one or more areas of Product configuration and in one or more energy commodities
• Provide guidance to Business Consultants
• Assist with professional services best practices
• Assume hands-on project implementation duties
• Gather and document business requirements, configuration designs, test plans/results
• Keep Line Manager and Project Manager(s) informed
• Adhere to implementation best practices
• Follow ION documentation standards and resolution process flow
• Maintain full chargeability on client account(s)

Requirements

• Implementation experience with RightAngle application or relevant ETRM background
• Experience in Accounting, Scheduling, Front Office, Mid Office/Risk, or Industry
• 5+ years of experience in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Product installations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or a related IT field or equivalent experience
• Ability to work as part of a project team
• Ability to work onsite at client locations
