Job Description

ION Corporates is seeking a Services Director to drive revenue growth and provide executive oversight for their North American Treasury Business.

Responsibilities

• Drive services revenue growth for new customers
• Manage business development efforts within existing customers
• Define, sell, and deliver solutions to meet customer needs
• Manage delivery for significant projects
• Manage customer relationships ensuring successful project delivery, profitability, and follow-on sales

Requirements

• BS in science, technology, mathematics, engineering, or equivalent degree
• Prior hands-on experience with project and/or professional services methodologies
• 10+ years of project/program management experience
• Confident and professional manner
• Analytical and proactive approach to problem solving
• Ability to manage time and workload
• Excellent client-facing/executive presence/influencing skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with teams of five or more professionals
• Ability to view situations from a customer perspective
