Job Description

Join ION as a Technical Consultant, supporting client requests and maintaining extensions, interfaces, and processes for Openlink Endur and/or Findur. Responsibilities include BAU support, custom code management, and participation in product deployment and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Perform Center of Excellence duties for Openlink Endur/Findur
• Attend product trainings
• Gain proficiency in business areas
• Follow documentation and delivery methodology standards
• Track deliverables and deliver on time
• Keep manager informed
• Maintain full chargeability on client accounts
• Travel to customer sites
• Participate in requirements analysis and custom code development
• Gather and document technical requirements
• Demonstrate reporting and development skills
• Adhere to ION’s best practices
• Participate in product deployment and configuration
• Gather and document system requirements
• Gain proficiency in technical areas
• Set up internal ION Product Environments
• Provide EOD and BAU support

Requirements

• Openlink Endur/Findur product experience
• Experience with BAU and EOD support
• Experience with Openlink V18+
• Some exposure to OpenJVS
• Java knowledge
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years’ industry experience
• Experience with C# .NET, Java, C++, or Soap Webservices
• 2+ years experience with ION products or ETRM/CTRM
• Experience with enterprise software installations
• Experience with RDBMS such as Oracle or MS SQL Server
• Experience with writing SQL scripts
• Experience with Interface implementation
• Fundamental networking knowledge
• Ability to follow system deployment steps
• Experience with IDEs
• Experience with source control and CI tools
• Experience with office productivity tools
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts
• Strong Object-Oriented Skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work onsite at client locations
• Ability to work as part of a project team
• Fast learner and self-starter
