Job Description

Fidessa's Trading Support Analysts provide functional support for all customer requests across Fidessa's multi-asset product range. This role focuses on supporting and training new and existing users of the Fidessa equities trading and risk management platform. The position involves real-time phone, chat, and email support, as well as on-site customer visits for product training. This is a great opportunity for recent grads or those with up to 4 years of experience who want client interaction, exposure to complex financial products, and a career path in trade support, product management, or technical account management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional support for customer requests across Fidessa's multi-asset product range
  • Support and training of new and existing users of the Fidessa equities trading and risk management platform
  • Provide real-time phone, chat, and email support
  • Conduct on-site customer visits for product training and support
  • Liaise with specialist groups within the business and technology to resolve issues
  • Introduce solutions to improve customer workflows through new and existing Fidessa solutions

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in equities trading operations, knowledge of equity markets and business flows (recent grads with significant internship experience considered)
  • Bachelor's degree in technical or engineering field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering) with business focus OR business-related degree with significant exposure to technical fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to handle stressful situations
