Job Description

Lab49, a leading technology consulting firm for financial services, seeks a Global Head of Talent Acquisition to drive recruitment strategy and processes for AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. The role requires overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management, and fostering a high-performing culture. The ideal candidate will also enhance the talent acquisition strategy, identify market trends, and establish a data-informed recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Own recruitment across Lab49’s regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC)
  • Provide guidance to local leads, setting expectations and monitoring performance
  • Enhance talent acquisition strategy by identifying market trends and competitive intelligence
  • Hands-on recruitment for high-profile roles
  • Establish and refine a data-informed recruitment process
  • Identify talent pools for targeted hiring
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies
  • Lead the recruitment process from screening to offer
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Design and own a best-in-class candidate journey
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies
  • Take a key role in the establishment of Lab49’s new delivery center in Latin America

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition within technology in financial services/consulting
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve recruitment challenges
  • Competence to run conversations at the executive level
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to independently run day-to-day recruitment operations
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software tools
