Job Description

Saviynt is seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager (TAM) to provide excellent technical and customer service to key accounts. The TAM will resolve complex problems, help customers succeed using Saviynt technology and services, expand product usage, serve as a reference to prospective customers, and ensure long-term customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate product and implementation schedules to customers and internal teams
  • Review technical requirements and customer interactions
  • Assist in Pre-Sales activities by analyzing business and technical requirements
  • Demonstrate products and explain how they meet customer needs
  • Identify services and support to improve Saviynt platform usage
  • Produce service implementation estimates and plans
  • Oversee successful delivery of Professional Services
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships
  • Analyze customer support requirements and identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate the Saviynt vision and product roadmap
  • Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Drive expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Identity Governance and Administration and/or Identity and Access Management domain
  • Experience leading delivery projects and delivering successful solution outcomes
  • Professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator
  • Experience interfacing and communicating with clients and partners
  • Experience in managing multiple projects
  • Experience with project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status
  • Familiarity with web technologies, databases, directories, enterprise HR systems, and programming languages
  • Knowledge of identity management provisioning systems and security software
