Job Description

Saviynt is seeking a seasoned Technical Account Manager (TAM) to provide excellent technical and customer service to key accounts. The TAM will resolve complex problems, help customers succeed using Saviynt technology and services, expand product usage, serve as a reference to prospective customers, and ensure long-term customer loyalty. The role involves communication, analysis, product demonstrations, service implementation, relationship management, and identifying opportunities for improved service and upsells.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers and internal teams
  • Review technical requirements and schedules
  • Assist in Pre-Sales activities
  • Demonstrate products to customers
  • Identify services and support needs
  • Produce service implementation estimates and plans
  • Oversee successful delivery of Professional Services
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships
  • Analyze customer support requirements
  • Communicate the Saviynt vision and product roadmap
  • Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Drive expansion opportunities

Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration and/or Identity and Access Management
  • Experience leading delivery projects
  • Experience delivering successful solution outcomes for clients
  • Professional experience with an enterprise software company or systems integrator
  • Experience interfacing with clients and partners
  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Experience with project planning, resource management, scope, and schedule
  • Familiarity with web technologies, databases, directories, enterprise HR systems, and programming languages
  • Knowledge of identity management provisioning systems and security software
