Job Description

Saviynt is looking for a Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations to serve as a trusted advisor to Sales & Partner leadership. This role focuses on strategic planning, sales optimization, and operational excellence. The analyst will work with cross-functional teams to drive performance, streamline processes, and support scalable growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner across go-to-market planning, processes, systems, and analytics
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive alignment and visibility across the revenue organization
• Lead sales funnel analytics and reporting across the full lead-to-revenue lifecycle
• Drive forecasting accuracy and coordinate regular forecast meetings with sales leadership
• Oversee key aspects of revenue planning, headcount modeling, and sales capacity planning
• Optimize sales processes, including territory alignment, pipeline hygiene, and sales productivity
• Define KPIs and build dashboards that provide real-time insights into performance, pipeline health, campaign impact, and sales execution
• Surface insights and partner with leaders to shape sales strategies
• Partner with Finance to align compensation plans and quota-setting with strategic goals
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and eliminate friction points in the buyer journey
• Support executive and board-level reporting with performance insights, trends, and forward-looking projections

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Expertise in sales process design, funnel analysis, forecasting, and revenue planning
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working cross-functionally and managing high-impact projects under tight deadlines
• Executive-level communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail
• Experience with SQL or similar data query tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
