Pomelo Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to deliver direct patient care and clinical oversight, optimizing outcomes for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause. The role involves overseeing medical care, reviewing complex cases, developing care plans, monitoring adverse events, and leading the development of evidence-based medical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Improve clinical outcomes for empaneled patients by overseeing their medical care
• Review complex patient cases and develop care plans
• Support clinical team members in providing evidence-based care
• Monitor adverse events and participate in clinical retrospectives
• Lead development and review of evidence-based medical protocols and algorithms related to menopause care and women’s health
• Actively participate in on-call schedules

Requirements

• Licensed as an APP in FL, GA, or TX and hold an active compact RN license
• Extensive obstetric experience (minimum 4 years), including treating high-risk patients and menopause treatment
• Passionate about comprehensive women’s health, including perimenopause and menopause
• Experience using data to drive patient engagement, activation, and clinical outcomes
• Experience leading successful teams with outstanding collaboration and teamwork
• Sense of urgency, exceptional organization, and attention to detail
• Growth mindset with the ability to approach process change and ambiguous situations with enthusiasm
• Proficient using multiple tech platforms
• Eager to thrive in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
• Phenomenal interpersonal and communication skills
• WHNP with significant experience in obstetrics and menopause treatment
