Job Description

Pomelo Care is seeking an Obstetrics Care Provider (CNM or NP) to provide direct patient care and clinical oversight that optimizes outcomes for pregnant people and newborns through population-based implementation of evidence-based care. The provider will be accountable for improving clinical outcomes for empaneled patients, attend daily clinical huddles, review complex patient cases, monitor adverse events, and lead development of medical protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and review of evidence-based medical protocols
• Participate in on-call schedules

Requirements

• Active compact RN license and TN APP license
• Minimum of 4 years obstetrics experience as an APP, including treating high-risk patients and caring for infants
• Passion for optimizing evidence-based care and perinatal outcomes
• Experience using data to drive patient engagement and outcomes
• Experience leading successful teams
• Sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Growth mindset and ability to approach change with enthusiasm
• Facility using multiple tech platforms
• Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Phenomenal interpersonal and communication skills
• NP or CNM with experience in obstetrics and infant care
• Active, unrestricted license to practice in KS and willingness to obtain licenses in all US states
