Responsibilities
Provide physician supervision and consultation for APPs and RNs
Attend team-based care coordination meetings
Develop holistic individualized care plans
Support the recruitment and training of medical providers
Identify gaps and improvement opportunities
Implement interventions to address performance improvement needs
Facilitate cross-disciplinary review sessions
Perform periodic peer review for medical providers
Requirements
5+ years practicing as an attending physician
Experience leading collaborative, team-based care
Urgency to improve clinical outcomes
Exceptional organization and attention to detail

Medical degree from an accredited US medical school
