Job Description

Leverage marketing technology tools to craft personalized campaigns to optimize patient lifecycle goals from enrollment to engagement. Build, test, execute, and optimize end-to-end, multi-channel owned and paid marketing strategies to drive patient enrollment and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic marketing campaign launches
  • Architect, build, test, and launch end-to-end, multi-channel automated campaigns
  • Define, scope, and prioritize A/B and multivariate tests
  • Bring new marketing channels and technology to Pomelo
  • Develop reports and dashboards on campaign performance
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Outreach, and Clinical teams
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, growth, CRM, or email marketing
  • Expert in campaign configuration, html, css, and liquid logic
  • Deeply martech-saavy
  • Understand user needs
  • Analytical skills and experience running A/B tests
