Job Description

The Outreach & Engagement Manager will drive enrollment and activation KPIs through coaching, training, and supervision of a team of outreach specialists during evening hours. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and understanding of healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of outreach specialists
  • Facilitate onboarding and training of new specialists
  • Analyze outreach performance metrics to improve KPIs
  • Monitor call quality and adherence to protocols
  • Maintain accurate documentation of specialist interactions
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Execute performance evaluations
  • Create and maintain team schedules
  • Ensure compliance with regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Experience in healthcare management, specifically in outbound calling
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with healthcare software systems
