Job Description

The Manager, Client Acquisition is responsible for managing a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, focusing on pipeline reviews, forecasting, and quota achievement. They will ensure the team has the tools and resources to be successful, collaborating cross-functionally to drive new customer acquisition and improve existing customer benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting weekly pipeline reviews and tracking team performance
  • Updating forecasting weekly
  • Monitoring reports and dashboards to ensure strong activity levels
  • Coaching and supporting Account Executives through 1:1s and deal strategy
  • Collaborating with the Director of Client Acquisition and VP of North America Sales
  • Working with Sales Enablement to foster growth in the sales process
  • Fostering a cross-functional feedback loop
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to sales workflows
  • Owning performance management
  • Staying informed on competitors and coaching Account Executives
  • Supporting hiring and onboarding of new Account Executives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales leadership experience
  • Established track record of success in a sales closing role
  • Experience within the eCommerce, logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment industries preferred
  • Culture carrier and positive influence
  • Deep understanding of sales metrics
  • High level of initiative and teamwork
  • Comfortable embracing change and learning
  • Proactive in providing feedback
