As a member of the ShipBob Team, you will contribute to an incredible experience for customers every day. This role reports to the Area Manager and involves working within teams focused on receiving, picking, packing, and other warehouse duties. The role requires dedication, commitment to excellence, and the ability to adapt to a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

• Accepting and putting away customer inventory
• Delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately
• Ensuring the quality of each and every shipment
• Packing items correctly
• Handling, storing, and distributing products safely and legally
• Following standard operating procedures
• Reporting concerns related to product condition or integrity
• Supporting traceability through accurate record-keeping
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness
• Helping out in other areas as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work scheduled shifts including overtime and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk continuously for 8-10 hours
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently
• Willingness to get tasks completed
• Ability to adapt to change quickly
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to understand new processes and identify opportunities
• Must be 18 or older
