As a Lead Fulfillment Associate at ShipBob, you will work as part of a team to deliver an incredible experience for customers. You will be working within one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, and Packing. Responsibilities

• Accepting new inventory and putting it away
• Delivering products to the next stage of the process quickly and accurately
• Ensuring the quality of each and every shipment
• Packing items correctly
• Handling, storing, and distributing products to maintain their safety, quality, and legality
• Following standard operating procedures
• Reporting concerns related to product condition or integrity
• Supporting traceability through accurate record-keeping
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness
• Helping out in other areas as needed

Requirements

• Able to work scheduled shifts including overtime, and/or weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction
• Able to stand and walk continuously during and up to a 8-10 hr shift
• Able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently
• Willing to get hands dirty to get a task completed
• Ability to adapt to change quickly
• Extremely detail oriented
• Ability to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities
• Looking to get your foot in the door with a rapidly growing start-up company
• Must be 18 or older
