Job Description

The Workplace Manager will manage the Workplace function and in-house services of GWI to create an environment that fosters individual well-being, personal productivity, and enhances company culture. The role ensures compliance and safety while delivering a seamless and engaging workplace experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage onsite hard and soft service functions
  • Ensure compliance with legal and statutory requirements
  • Manage employee experience programs
  • Lead the implementation of workplace experience initiatives
  • Manage all WX communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Manage supply chain and service levels
  • Oversee office refurbishment projects
  • Update and review all New York office SOPs
  • Act as the budget holder for the New York office
  • Manage Workplace and ESG data reporting
  • Introduce new ideas and innovations
