Job Description

The Enterprise Applications Manager will own, optimize, and scale the GTM technology stack, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Security to ensure systems accelerate growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role involves architecture, administration, and evolution of platforms like Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, and Clari, while driving automations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations and long-term strategy for the GTM tech stack
• Administer, configure, and customize Salesforce
• Implement and maintain secure, scalable integrations across platforms
• Lead and optimize Clari implementation
• Oversee HubSpot integrations
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and data security
• Conduct regular audits and data hygiene processes
• Serve as the technical escalation point for GTM systems issues
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
• Support campaign execution and lead uploads
• Champion adoption of AI and automation across the GTM stack

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and enterprise applications
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development
• SFDC Administrator Certification required
• Clari experience required, Clari certification strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot
• Experience with Clay for data enrichment or automation is a plus
• Strong coding skills or scripting familiarity, especially with Python and advanced Excel
• Proven experience implementing and managing integrations using iPaaS tools
• Deep understanding of CRM data structures and GTM business processes
• A collaborative communicator
• A self-starter who brings solutions
