Job Description
The Director of Channel, Alliances, and Field Marketing will develop and execute a strategy to drive growth through channel partners, strategic alliances, and field marketing initiatives, expanding market reach and generating leads.
Responsibilities
Oversee and execute channel, alliances, and field marketing strategy
Create and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners
Act as primary marketing contact for alliance partners
Define content strategy for partnerships
Provide leadership to the field marketing team
Serve as a liaison to the sales team
Help establish Torq’s first Partner Portal
Track and report on the success of initiatives
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on partner marketing, alliances, and field marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS/software industry
Demonstrated track record of successful marketing strategies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
An analytical and data-driven mindset
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
