Job Description

The Director of Channel, Alliances, and Field Marketing will develop and execute a strategy to drive growth through channel partners, strategic alliances, and field marketing initiatives, expanding market reach and generating leads.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute channel, alliances, and field marketing strategy
  • Create and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners
  • Act as primary marketing contact for alliance partners
  • Define content strategy for partnerships
  • Provide leadership to the field marketing team
  • Serve as a liaison to the sales team
  • Help establish Torq’s first Partner Portal
  • Track and report on the success of initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a focus on partner marketing, alliances, and field marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS/software industry
  • Demonstrated track record of successful marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
