Job Description

The Program Manager will lead key strategic SSC projects to deliver the established transformation journey. This role involves cross-functional collaboration, driving initiatives from conception to implementation, and ensuring successful program execution. The Program Manager will report to the Director, Accounting and Reporting, and work with various teams to lead and deliver complex technical and operational SSC projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management activities for NA SSC, including ERP tool deployment and transformation programs
• Develop and manage plans, deadlines, and reporting for initiatives
• Manage project plans, track milestones, and report status
• Manage and escalate risks and issues, developing mitigation plans
• Ensure dependencies are met and actions are closed on time
• Optimize program delivery methodology
• Identify opportunities to contribute to program objectives
• Drive collaboration and accountability across the organization

Requirements

• Experience in managing complex programs/projects with cross-functional teams
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Experience leading and influencing globally dispersed teams and stakeholders
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, including finance and transformation projects
• Track record of designing and implementing a Project Management function
• Ability to recognize and resolve dependencies
• Experience in recognizing/communicating/actioning risks
• Excellent issue resolution skills
• Positive attitude, high initiative, and willingness to learn
