Job Description

WPP is seeking a Workday PSA Lead to support and enhance their existing WorkDay deployment, focusing on technical and process knowledge to drive value from the WorkDay solution. This role involves resolving tickets, developing enhancements, maintaining expertise in WorkDay, and building an offshore team. The position requires experience in global ERP support, professional services processes, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Become the WPP IT subject matter expert on Zimit support
  • Resolve assigned tickets for WorkDay PSA and integrated applications
  • Develop assigned enhancements
  • Maintain expertise on new functionality/features/capabilities in WorkDay
  • Provide creative solutions
  • Safeguard global design standards
  • Make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Be responsible for growing an offshore team to support Workday PSA

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years Global ERP support experience
  • Outstanding understanding of professional services processes and systems
  • Team leadership and mentoring a growing team
  • Strong ability to inspire, engage, and coach a diverse team
  • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong technical knowledge of integrations with Workday
  • Creative solutioning and strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
